a New Event?

"Earth, Wind, Ice, Light, Dark and Fire, the Elements of the world, each state that they are better then one of another, So they begin a war with each other, now the question is who is the most Powerfull Monarch in the world"

What is up i am your MC Joey Yamamoto and i welcome you to the Elemental War. In this Event we have 6 Elementals in case in there own Decks. And 6 Brave Warriors will be chosing to take part of this awesome war. but before we get to it we have to give you rules for it.
1) All duels are best 2 out of 3 on Dueling Network, DevPro or YGO Pro. to give everyone a Fair Shot here
2) No Ban Deck. you know the ones E-Dragons, Etc....

3) Stick with 1 Major Element theme deck unless it match the elements.

4) NO Mashing deck for this. Don't just put Monarchs stuff into your main and your done.. please don't. make a deck based around the Elements that you have that you can summon your Monarchs?

Regarding the monarch elements, I understand we can only choose one, but do we need to make our decks the same element, or can we use certain support cards to help us get our monarchs out? For ex, if I chose dark, will I be able to use idea the heaven knight?

Do these monarchs include the Mega Monarchs and the new stupid powerful ones, or are they limited to the standard Lv6 Monarchs? Also, don't forget that light and dark have TWO Monarchs. Dark has Caius and Delg, while Light has Kuraz and Zaborg. Do those monarchs count separately, or are they included in that specific elemental category?

Also, I choose Wind: Raiza, the Storm Monarch
