New People testing

All active testers must find untested people at once. Also i myself will be scooping things out for them.

And i don't know if this has taken effect but i will state a opinion that was stated in the chat that seemed very smart and reasonable: i say that to any new testers or to any testers that are being to easy with testing and not knowing the rubric should be given a test.
